Program Director

Thias West serves as the Program Director for Jessie’s Hope, LLC, bringing more than 20 years of experience working within the public school system as a dedicated guidance counselor. Throughout her career, she has been committed to helping young people navigate challenges, recognize their potential, and build brighter futures.

With a deep passion for working with children and serving the community, Thias brings compassion, leadership, and years of experience to the Jessie’s Hope mission. She believes every young person deserves encouragement, guidance, support, and an opportunity to succeed.

Thias is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, an organization deeply rooted in service to others. Her commitment to community service reflects her personal values and her dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and the community.

As Program Director, Thias is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where young people can grow, develop confidence, and build the skills they need for a successful future.

Executive Director

Latoya Davis serves as the Executive Director of Jessie’s Hope, LLC, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry to her role. Her professional background has equipped her with strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills, which she now uses to help advance the mission and vision of Jessie’s Hope.

Latoya has a genuine commitment to serving others and a deep passion for working with children, particularly those who are underserved and underprivileged. She believes that every child deserves access to positive opportunities, encouragement, mentorship, and the resources necessary to reach their full potential.

As Executive Director, Latoya is dedicated to creating meaningful programs and supportive environments that empower young people to overcome challenges, build confidence, develop life skills, and pursue brighter futures.

Latoya is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, an organization founded on the principles of public service and community impact. Her commitment to service, combined with her professional experience and passion for youth, makes her a dedicated leader in the Jessie’s Hope community.
